Privacy information

Privacy

1. Controller

The controller is the legally responsible operator of this project. The full identity and service address are provided in the directly accessible Legal Notice. Contact: contact@1euroexperiment.net.

2. Hosting and security

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection and security data to deliver and protect the service. The project application itself does not store complete IP addresses or user agent strings.

3. Campaign measurement

When a campaign link is opened, a counter is increased for the relevant campaign ID and calendar date. Stored fields consist of the campaign ID, date, and aggregate counts for landing page visits, started checkouts, and completed payments. The project does not create tracking cookies, store recipient email addresses, or assign persistent visitor identifiers for this measurement.

4. Payments

Payment provider content is loaded only after an active user action. The payment provider processes payment information under its own responsibility. Following a successful payment, the project application stores only the technical order and payment references, campaign ID, amount, currency, status, and completion time required for verification and aggregate analysis.

5. Publisher mailing lists

The project does not receive the recipient lists of participating publishers. Mailing, consent records, unsubscribe handling, and delivery information remain with the relevant list owner. Only agreed aggregate campaign information is shared with the project.

6. Referral links and dashboard access

When a person creates a referral link, the application generates a random referral code and a random private dashboard token. Only a SHA 256 hash of the dashboard token is stored in the project database. The raw token is stored locally in the browser so the dashboard can be reopened on the same device. No email address, name, password, bank information, or payment account is collected when the link is created. Clearing browser storage removes the saved dashboard access from that device.

7. Public leaderboard profile

A referrer can voluntarily choose a public name and make aggregate referral results visible on the leaderboard. The database stores the public name, a normalized uniqueness key, visibility and moderation status, acceptance of the current contest rules, and profile timestamps. Public names are screened against a multilingual offensive term list and additional normalization designed to detect common obfuscation. The public leaderboard does not display referral codes, dashboard tokens, payment details, contact information, or legal identities.

8. Contest verification

Only provisional public names and aggregate results are shown during the contest. Potential winners may later be asked privately for information reasonably required to verify age, identity, legal eligibility, tax status, and a lawful payout method. This information is not collected during normal referral creation and is not published.

9. Retention

Aggregate campaign metrics are retained for evaluation and publication of the experiment. Payment references, referral credit records, leaderboard profiles, moderation records, and contest accounting records are retained only for as long as necessary for verification, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, payout review, contest administration, or applicable legal retention duties.

10. Your rights

Where applicable, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to complain to a competent data protection authority. A public leaderboard profile can be hidden through the private dashboard.
